They produce more than two-thirds of the world leading research produced in the UK and support more than 300,000 jobs. Peter has lectured at postgraduate level for WMG (www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/wmg) for over 20 years on subjects including the challenges of technology selection, the use of appropriate technology in sub-Saharan Africa, and the application of service systems concepts in healthcare management. He co-developed a module on service science and modified another module to become a week-long case study. He also mentors and assesses Masters students' dissertations and has provided program management to WMG's Supply Chain Research Group. In addition, he has successfully managed two complex multi-university academic programs for the Marketing and Service Systems group.
